Refunds can only be given if the item is faulty, damages or not to your satisfaction when you paid for it.
A refund cannot be given if you are not satisfied with the fit and sizing were the customer has provided the measurements. Or has been advised by Emma's Crafts on measurements that the customer has agreed to.
custom made and personalised garments and items can only be refunded if they are faulty or damaged.
Customised garments and items are not eligable for a refund if the wrong size. Where measurements have been given by the customer ot taken by Emma's Crafts and agreed. Sizing is to the measurements not the shape and fit of the customer.
Personalised garments and items are not eligable for an automatic refund unless faulty or incorrect spelling is the fault of Emma's Crafts.
After care involving handling and laundering of a garment or item that results in damage to a garment or item is not the responsiblity of Emma's crafts and not eligable for a refund. Any work to mend any damage will be charged for.
COLLECTION OF GOODS
If customers do not collect their items within 3 months of completion of work undertaken. Work undertaken will be deemed cancelled without any further notification and any monies paid will not be refunded. goods will be resold to recoup monies not received.
Items are accepted for return if faulty, damaged or not to your satisfaction.
Please return all goods within 14 days of receipt of goods for a refund, refix or exchange.
BRIDAL WEAR ALTERATIONS
Customers are required to pay a 50 % NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT before work is undertaken.
Brides are required to attend at least 3 fittings when reasonably required.
BRIDAL WEAR, PROM AND GENERAL ALTERATIONS
Once work to be carried out has been agreed, Emma's Crafts will not accept any responsiblity for changes in customer sizing and body shape. If any changes have occurred, any refitting or reshaping may incurr an extra fee deemed accaptable by Emma's Crafts to complete this additional work.
It is Emma's Crafts policy to take in a garnent no more than one dress size, as this could adversely affect the style and look of the garment. If the customer agrees that more than this is to be taken in, work carried out is done so at the customers risk. Emma's Crafts will not be held responsible for any garment deemed unsatisfactory by the customer. Any monies owing will still need to be paid for the work carried out.
Customers are advised about about letting out a garment only if there is sufficient seam allowance to do so. Work is carried out at the customers risk on their decision to go ahead with such work. Emma's Crafts is not responsible for the look adn fit of the garment once the work has been carried out.
On collection the customer is required to try on the garment and or inspect it for workmanship and defects. Once items are removed from the premises it is deemed that the customer is satisfied with the item and workmanshiip.
Any issues occuring after an item is removed it is the resposiblity of the customer to inform Emma's Crafts as soon as reasonably possible so a reasonable sollution can be reached.
Should you not be satisfied with the result of the work undertaken and choose to take the garment to be reworked elsewhere. You are advised that you cannot claim a refund from Emma's Crafts.
All goods remain the property of Emma's crafts till full payment is made..
