Terms and conditions
When you place an order with us, you are making a offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm we have received your order.
Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advice you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming your order, and there will be no  contract between us.
If goods are not available, we may supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, you will not have to pay to return them to us.
To place an order click on the shopping cart link on the main page, click a catagory and select an item, should you wish to purchase the item click on the add to cart link. When you have filled your basket click the shopping basket link and follow the links on how to pay.
Postage and packaging is priced per item by first or second class royal mail. Orders are dealt with within 2 days but allow 7 working days for delivery.
If goods are damaged in transit or lost please let us know promptly.
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after delivery. To do so, please e-mail us or write to us.
You do not have to give a reason for cancellation. However, a brief description will help to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to  protect against damage.
If you fail to return goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of cancellation. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
These terms take effect on 1st August 2007
These terms apply to your order. We may change them at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
